In the Retro series of Slaughter Me Street Games there are items the player is able to collect and buy, although most of these are purely cosmetics. As these items have one use and have no mechanical differences in the series so far, This article serves as a list for items that have only appeared in the Retro games.

123 Slaughter Me Street Retro[]

- Beating the game twice will unlock: Shades, Hockey Mask, and Greeter Mask.
- Beating the game three times will unlock: Waiter Mask.

There is also a Easter egg skin players can unlock and use until they close the game. If the player goes to credits and taps Will Ryan's name ten times, the player will have access to a Will Ryan mask that is not normally selectable. This however will go away when the player closes the game.
123 Slaughter Me Street Super Retro[]
Cosmetics return in 123 Slaughter Me Street Super Retro and is no longer limited to "skins". Instead players can get hats, masks, and themes for their controllers through the form of a loot crate system as well as the shop. A lot of the cosmetics for the player character has different color variations that are around the same rarity as the original object with only a few cosmetic items being truly distinct.
Some of these cosmetics can be bought at the shop for coins or gems, and even sold by the player for some currency. Although some cosmetics items (Like the Party Hat) can not be sold back to the shop.
Other[]
123 Slaughter Me Street Super Retro[]
Infinity mode key[]
The infinity mode key is an item the player obtains after defeating the Nightmare for the first time. This simply allows the player to unlock infinity mode to play. It also notably resembles the Nightmare in design.
Loot Crates[]
The loot crates are an item players can collect and earn in Super Retro. These come in different rarities, namely common, uncommon, rare, ultra rare and elite. The players can earn them through a few methods:
- Buying from the shop for gems
- Beating the last Nightmare boss fight in Story mode (Only the Elite chests can be collected by this method)
- Picking them up from the puppets in Infinity mode
There are also seasonal crates that are in the shop that are not normally available (Patriotic, Halloween and Xmas) but will appear in events and holidays.
Trivia[]
- The Follower Mits is the only cosmetic that do not add anything to the player's face, and is so far the only cosmetic with this distinction.
- Conversely, the Ultimate SMS Fan skin is a combination of all the threats in the game (Greeter's Beak and horns, Follower's chest, Waiter's legs and Nightmare's Wings) and is the only Skin that covers the entire body.
- Some cosmetics in the Retro Series are references to the community.
- The FGWR theme is a reference to the song "Follow, Greet, Wait, Repeat" by DA games
- There are themes based on both the IGS logo colors and Terror Arcade
- In Retro, The Follower has the most items associated with it: the Follower mitts, the Follower mask, and the chest of the Ultimate SMS Fan skin.
- Currently, The only cosmetics that appeared in both Retro games are the Hockey Mask and Shades (Assuming that the Sunglasses are a spiritual successor).
